Post-Work Experience
"Post-Work Experience” is an important time with the experience evaluated, lessons learned and mistakes made recorded and analysed.
This book provides a means of doing that, allowing students to reflect, allowing them time to think about their successes (and sometimes their failures) and time to reflect on how these might well affect their future.
Although the emphasis is on the positive aspects of Work Experience, students have the opportunity here to reflect on the less positive aspects and are encouraged to suggest improvements to the system or the placement they held.
Too often Work Experience "experiences" are not given the credit they should be given, this book seeks to challenge that and turn such experiences into real learning experiences.
